Jakee graduated from Northwestern University School of Law and studied history and political science at Indiana University and the London School of Economics. Jakee served on the Board of Trustees of Mount Sinai Hospital and as a Commissioner for the Human Relations Commission for the City of Highland Park, Illinois. Jakee has volunteered for the Ashoka Foundation locating K-12 schools interested in instituting social entrepreneurship programs. She has participated in panel discussions about gifted children and parenting at Northwestern University's Center for Talent Development. Additionally, Jakee presented at national Youth Venture workshops for parents and youth on fostering empathy and social entrepreneurship.
Jakee’s children attended Princeton University (2) and Columbia University for their undergraduate studies, and MIT, Stanford, and the University of Galway for their graduate studies.

Melanie has four children and has lived for over 20 years on the North Shore of Chicago. She has served on the North Suburban Medical Research Jr. Board, the 113 Foundation Board, and the 112 Education Foundation Board. In addition, Melanie has worked with College Bound Opportunities as a college access advisor and volunteered as gala chair and mentor. Melanie has experience with college athletic recruitment, Ivy-league admissions, and college disability programs. She is a member of the IECA and HECA.
Melanie’s children attended Columbia University, Dartmouth College, Emory University, and Haverford College for their undergraduate studies, and Carnegie Mellon University for their graduate studies.

Lisa has lived on the North Shore for over twenty years and has raised two children who have graduated from college and graduate school. Lisa has volunteered in both the 112 and 113 school districts and served on the 113 Foundation Board. In addition, Lisa volunteers for a college access non-for-profit, College Bound Opportunities, serving as the Gala Co-Chair, and as a mentor to students. She is an active member of the IECA.
Lisa’s children attended The University of Miami and University of Colorado Boulder for their undergraduate studies, and Loyola University of Chicago Law School their graduate studies.
